You can book with any coach. Choose a coach whose schedule matches yours, or whose training style you like, or always book with your trainer - the choice is yours!
Ideally, you should book with your assigned coach, or at least to stick with the same coach throughout the course. The better your coach knows you, the more easily they will be able to adapt their training sessions to your needs and cater to your own individual learning style.
We use detailed session reports to ensure continuity between sessions so if you decide to switch from one coach to another, the sessions still follow a structured learning path.
