Who should I book with?

You can book with any trainer. Choose a trainer whose schedule matches yours, or whose training style you like, or always book with your trainer - the choice is yours!

Ideally, you should book with your home trainer, or at least to stick with the same trainer throughout the course. The better your trainer knows you, the more easily they will be able to adapt their training sessions to your needs and cater for your own individual learning style.

We use detailed session reports to ensure continuity between sessions so if you decide to switch trainers, the sessions still follow a structured learning path.
